NO REFUNDS. In the event you are unsatisfied with service or an item is destroyed in my care, please let me know and I will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unsatisfied service - I am willing to offer 20% off your next service if you are willing to give my services another try.
Destroyed items - I will replace the item directly or we can take the amount off the invoice (or next invoice depending on how often service is requested).

Invoices are sent to the email provided upon booking and are due TWO (2) days after delivery. On the third day the invoice is NOT paid, a $20 late fee will occur and will continue to occur every 30 days after.
In the event that an invoice can not be paid on time, please communicate that so potential accommodations can be made. No guarantees.
There are times where I am running behind and may ask for extra time for delivery. In the event I request an extra day, $10 will be taken off your invoice for the inconvenience.
Providing your own detergent goes a long way and for that my thank you is 5% off your invoice!

A missed pickup is when service has been verified and I arrive for pickup and no laundry is out. A text and phone call is given with a grace period of 5 minutes to contact. If no contact is made or service is cancelled upon arrival, $20 is charged.
I will always try my best to stay in contact with everyone and I kindly request that you do the same. If you need to cancel service, move service to another date, discontinue a scheduled service, whatever the case is, I just ask that you let me know as soon as you can. It helps me keep my schedule in order and move accordingly.
Once service has been booked for one time or any recurring scheduled service, verification is sent the day prior through text message. If any other communication method is preferred please communicate that upon booking. If no response is made for three (3) consecutive weeks when verifying a scheduled service, service will be discontinued without notice.
All Google Reviews will appear on the Kay's Mobile Laundry Service website! However, your photo appears on Google will appear in the Reviews section on the website.

Policy updates are updated to fit business needs and can happen without notice. The link to these policies will always be provided on every invoice breakdown. Please check them as often as your needs see fit.
Items that come out of your laundry will be returned at delivery in a zip lock bag or in one of the bags of laundry. However, I do NOT check pockets prior to washing. Please check to make sure nothing is left in any clothes prior to washing day to ensure the best outcome for clean clothes!
Upon pickup and delivery, a photo is taken to verify service. These photos may be used on social media outlets such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Next Door, Kay's Mobile Laundry website, etc for promotional usage only. Information such as your address, name, phone number will never be shared for any reason.
If you are not comfortable with any pictures being shared anywhere please let me know and they will only be sent to you upon pickup and delivery.
Your invoice has a breakdown included to verify charges. The breakdown includes your personal information such as name, address, phone number, email, etc. That information is NEVER shared. If you ever get an invoice breakdown attached to your invoice that does not belong to you, PLEASE inform Kay immediately. I need to inform everyone about the unintentional mix up and take responsibility for sensitive information shared.
